An automated telescope system for undergraduate teaching
Abstract
We describe the design and construction of a fully automated telescope for use by undergraduate astronomy students. The instrument's value as a teaching tool is discussed by a comparison with our past year's pilot undergraduate CCD imaging laboratory. A complete description of all components, with sources, is included.
