Abstract
A total solar eclipse has a great impact on ppeople, and
hence there are very old historic records in China, Mesopotamia, etc. The impact still does not change in present times, and inspires wonder in us. The spectacular and magnificent event at a total solar eclipse appeals
to our scientific thinking and sensitive feelings. Every one thinks about what nature is. A total solar eclipse is therefore a good and effective opportunity for education and understanding of astronomy.
