The Portable Planetarium: An Introduction to Astronomy
Abstract
The activities described in this paper have been used with children in fourth through ninth grades. The activities provide experiences with constructing simple star projection devices and with such process skills as observing, classifying, collecting and interpreting data, and producing a model.
